Each 5ml contains 
Dextromethorphan B.P ............10mg
Pseudoephedrine HCL B.P ......30mg
Chlorpheniramine Maleate B.P...2mg

Dosage
Adults: 1-2 teaspoonful (5-10ml) 3 times a day
Childeren over 12  Years : 1Teaspoonful 3 Times Daily
6-12 Years: 1 Teaspoonful 3 times daily
1-6 Years : 1/4 - 1/2 teaspoon 3 times Daily 

Caution
For infants and children upto 6 years, use according to advice of the medical practitioners

May cause drowsiness. If affected do not drive or operate machinery.
